Do you recall times in your life when you have worked intensely on something and time stood still? Hours passed by, and it felt like minutes.

When that happens, you know you’re living from a place of intrinsic motivation.

You draw that type of motivation from deep inside your soul. It happens when we are working on activities that are soul-deep important to us.

You have boundless energy when your actions align with what’s soul-deep important to you. When this happens, you’re also living your most authentic life.

During the next few days, we are going to spend time reconnecting with that true you.

Journal On My Friend…

Write the answer to this question in your journal using stream-of-consciousness style.

What would be the flow-on benefits of living the wild adventure idea that you developed on Day 7?

Think about the benefits to the people around you, your community, and the world at large.

  • What would be learned?
  • How might beliefs shift and evolve?
  • What might be created that didn’t exist before?
